About Nakisa

I am here to support you in addressing the challenges you may be experiencing. Upon initiating therapy we will identify what you hope to gain from our sessions and through a collaborative process, begin moving toward these goals.

Throughout my experiences as a therapist, I have utilized various therapeutic techniques to support individuals in exploring their thoughts, emotions, actions, relationships and environments. The events we are exposed to throughout our lifetime can have an impact on our well-being. These experiences and our interpretations of these experiences can shape how we think, interact with others and make decisions. In our therapy sessions, I hope to provide a comfortable and accessible space to discuss the topics that are most important to you. I am committed to providing individualized psychotherapy that aligns with your needs.

Let’s schedule a time to talk.
